How would you modify HTC’s Droid Incredible 2?

It’s borderline crazy to think that we posed this very question concerning the original Droid Incredible in June of 2010 , yet here we’re again. Same question, different day, and (mostly) different phone. Verizon Wireless have been pumping out Android devices like it’s its job — and truly, it form of is — and HTC’s DI2 is definitely one of the most more polarizing options. Loaded with Sense and lots of VZW “extras,” we’re anxious to determine if the things that bothered us also bothered you. Is the screen size adequate? Are you continue to with Sense than without? Would you convert the shape factor or software whatsoever for the inevitable third iteration? Holler in comments below — we’re all ears.
