Ask Engadget: what is the best dual-SIM phone in the stores?

We will need some serious input from our international readers in this one. Dual-SIM handsets just aren’t “a specific thing” in America, or even finding one is a little a chore. But for those elsewhere, what’s your chosen device for toting around SIMs from two nations?
