Verizon Galaxy Nexus purportedly pictured in retail packaging

We’ve already seen one Verizon Galaxy Nexus happen on the Samsung Experience store in Ny, and now some images of another unit have surfaced at the XDA forums showing the smartphone in what’s presupposed to be retail packaging. This might well be another demo unit given the apparent white box, however the red interior and other materials inside suggest that this might well be the important deal, and that a launch is presumably imminent. As for an official date? Verizon continues to be only saying “soon.”
