Dongbu Robot (previously Dasarobot) is launching several new products for wannabe bot engineers, but it is the Google OS-compatible HOVIS kits that caught our eye. While we already know Android-powered bots can make an average cocktail , these kits gets new features programmed to them through a phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi connections. The fundamental wheeled model may be upgraded to totally-fledged legs, while Dongbu Robot is operating alongside the country’s SK Telecom network to give speech recognition because the first software add-on, with plans for education and residential security all within the pipeline.
