It wasn’t in the past that HTC’s bootloader unlock utility hit the loads, thereby righting the company’s silly decision to fasten its phones down within the first place. Now, continuing its commitment to mod-lovers and people who appreciate freedom, The home of Chou is announcing that its latest lineup of Android phones can discover a similar (and correct) fate. The corporate has released an updated bootloader unlock tool that supports all Android devices released after September of this year. The corporate has yet to release an updated list of supported devices, but promises to take action within the coming days. While we’re still not crazy about users losing their rights to a guaranty, for the instant, that appears to be the cost of freedom.
